At Marla D. Golden, D.O., PA, we strive to identify the underlying cause(s) of pain and then correct the problem using selective treatment modalities that are unique to each patient. Our holistic treatment program is based on neuroplasticity and places an emphasis on Osteopathic structural assessment and musculoskeletal optimization techniques. Treatment is interactive and requires the patient to be involved in their care.

INTEGRATIVE CONSULTATIONS

OSTEOPATHIC MANIPULATION (OMT) & CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (OST)

A hybrid technique based on traditional Osteopathic Manipulation (OMT) and Craniosacral Therapy (CST)focuses on the Extracellular Matrix and the Connective Tissue System as a whole to effect neuroplastic change in the brain and the body. A comprehensive, interactive program designed to add to the current model of pain care. Patients will advance from pain management to pain relief using neuroplasticity techniques to reverse the neuroplastic changes taking place due to unremitting pain. Patients may schedule telemedicine or face-to-face educational consultations.

ADVANCED RECOVERY CURRICULUM: THE SCIENCE OF CHANGE

A novel approach based in neuroplasticity, the body and brain's ability to change in response to whatever is done repetitively, and harnessing this inherent property to reverse pathologic processes and behaviors.
